"SPORTIVE" BATX 2 STUDENTS' TRAINING ON SPORT VOCABULARY & MODAL VERBS




Batx 2 students  have already started working on UNIT 7, which deals with SPORTS.
We want them to watch this video about extreme sports and leave a comment on the following topic:

Which (extreme) sport do you think is the most thrilling one and why?
(Try to use vocabulary and expressions learnt in class)

The first  GRAMMAR we are going to work on in unit 7 is MODAL VERBS. You have some theory and exercises to do here.
The second GRAMMAR of the unit is PREPOSITIONS. Have a look at the following guideline!

    The video is amazing!! In my opinion the most thrilling sport is bungge jumping because you have to jump with one simple rope. However I would like to try it.

    I cannot answer that question because I think it depends on what you like. For me the most exiting one is bungee jumping but that's because it's the only one I've done.

    In my opinion the most thilling activity woul be the dirt jump because of the stunts and the risk it's taken.

    In my opinion the most thrilling sport is the one in which people appear flying on the hills. Any mistake can risk you life!

    The sport that I prefer between all that I have seen is climbing, but bungee jumping is the most exciting in my opinion.

    The most thrilling extreme sport in this video is paragliding in my opinion, because you can take any direction while you are in the air, it's not just about throwing yourself from a clif.

    In my opinion the most amazing sport is bungee junping!But I also like the stunts that they make with their bikes!!!!! I would like to be able to do this movements!!!

    I love extreme sports. It's really exciting and risky. I practice them sometimes. The most thrilling one is hand gliding.

    The most thrilling sport in my opinion is the hand gliding, at which they don't even use a parachute.
