DBH 1: THE SECRETS OF THE OCEAN

Hi, dbh1 students. How many secrets have you discovered hidden in the ocean? Some of you have started writing the description of a sea creature, and we would be very happy if you would leave a comment here with your descriptions. If you don't remember how to leave a comment, click here. If you like the subject, there are some websites that are worth visiting: For example, if you don't really understand the question of tectonic plates and the importance of their movement in the formation of the continents as we know them, see this animation. If you are more interested in all type of fish, we recommend visiting the national geographic page. Did you say you are not sure about the differences between the arctic and the antarctica?     One day I saw a penguin .It is a bird. It is black and white, small and feathered. It is pear shaped. Its head is small and round. It doesn’t have a mouth but it has an orange beak. Its tail is short. It doesn’t have legs but it has feet. It eats little fish but it doesn’t eat mammals and it lives on the floor near the sea or the water. Most of the penguins live in Antarctica on the ice.

    One day I saw a puffer fish. The puffer fish is a strange fish. It is a no very big fish, and it has a lot of thorns in its body and sometimes it blow up. Its body and its head are joined near and it has a grey colour. It eats small fishes. Im not sure where it lives but i view that lives in the japanese seas.

    One day I saw a Morse. The Morse is a big mammal. Its colour is grey like an elephant. It has a long, fat and dirty body. It looks like and elephant. Its head is circle and it has to fangs and a moustache. It doesn’t have a tail and it has a irregular shape. It eats three tones of shellfish one day in a week but it doesn’t eat plants and other fishers. It lives in the North Hemisphere a beautiful place for the Morse. The biggest male Morse is 4 meters and weights 1600 kg, but the normal is 3.2 meters long and 1200 kg between 1500 kg. The biggest female is 2.6 meters long and it weights 1250 kg. It doesn’t move much because they are very fat and slows.

    One day I saw a squid. A squid is a thin and small animal. It´s slippery and It looks like a ghost. It has tentacles, because, it isn´t a fish, is a molusc. The squid hasn´t got any feet, because, it isn´t a mummel, and it use it´s tenacles to swim. It has a pointed head with two small eyes. It lays a lot of eggs, but the squid, that is a white molusc, when it throws the black ink, that it has on the body, it got toxic the eggs and the babes of the eggs isn´t born. The squids eats little fishes and the vegetables and plantsthat they found on the water. The squids lives in oceans, seas, aquariums... and in other any place that it was a lot of water. The squids are the only moluscs, when it gets angry they throws black ink.
    " My mother is a very good cooker, she cook squids and then we eat all the family and are very goods.

    One day, I saw a dolphin. Its body
    is very smooth. It is grey. Its head is round and it has a big nose. Its tail is long and pointed. It has a dorsal eave like the shark. It can swim very fast. It looks like a shark but is friendlier. It communicates with strange noises like whales. It eats little fishes.
    With its big nose it can do tricks. Curiously, it isn´t a fish because it can´t lay eggs so it is a mammal

    One day I saw a turtle. The turtle is a reptile. This reptile has a small head, short tail, four les it has a very big shell,I don´t know what it eats. It lives in the sea. Its colour is green and brown. I know the shape of this reptile. But when the turtle gets scared it hides its head inside the shell.

    One day I saw a dolphin in the sea. The dolphin is more beautiful than the shark, in my opinion. The colour is grey, it has the biggest nouse and a longer tail. I know the shape of this animal. It lives in the sea. I don´t know what it eats.

    One day I saw a penguin. The penguin is a bird, its body is oval and its head is small. It doesn’t have a nek but it has a little tail. Its body is covered by feathers and its feathers are black and white. It doesn’t have legs beacause its feet are right next to the body and that’s why they walk slowly, but they slide on the ice. Its pointed beak is orange and it replaces the mouth, and the wings replace the arms, but it doesn’t fly. The penguin lays eggs but no so many and it eats small fishes. It lives on the floor but specially in places where there is ice.
