LOVE STORY by SARA Z. (DBH2)

The truth is never easy to tell, especially when it concerns matters of the heart. But I`ll tell you my story anyway. It all began when I was a kid, back at Primary school.I noticed her on the first day,and I guess she noticed me too.We where both seven-but she was the first girl I kissed. We used to play at her house, every weekend.I wasn`t interested in anybody,or anything else. She was my life.

And then, three months later, she said that her family was moving to Australia.I said'Oh that`s OK.I'll visit you',but she told me that it was thousands of miles away, and that she wouldn't be coming back. Then once she had really gone,I had to accept that I would never see her again.

The time passed. I left school and I began to study maths and architecture. I became a professional architect. I used to build museums, huge mansions, schools… I lived alone and my life was calm.

One day, I went for a walk without an umbrella and it started to rain, so I ran into a clothes shop. I had never been there. It was a very luxurious and modern shop.

I found her there. She was discussing about a jacket with a man. She was wearing a long black dress, she was very beautiful. Her long hair was perfectly combed and she looked like a princess.

I went to speak with her. She was very nice; she told me that she was Ms. Catherine, the famous clothes designer. I fell in love with her and she fell in love with me.

Two months later, we got married. We were very happy and we decided to go to Australia on our honey-moon. We went there and after staying there some days we found Lizzy, the girl that I had loved when I was little. She was married too. We spoke a lot, happily and we made friends, but nothing else.

Catherine and I went back to London and we lived very happily.

  1. Hi, Sara! Thank you for your love story. Apart from romantic, it is surprising, since at the beginning I thought the girl he had found in the shop was Lizzy. So I didn't expect that ending. Well done!
