HORROR STORY by Jon Ander A. (DBH 2)

He had heard that the mountain was haunted, but he didn’t care. That summer night, the moon was full as he knocked the last peg into the ropes that secured his small, one-man tent. He was up there alone, on the summit of Ben McDhui, an isolated peak in the Cairngorm Mountains of Scotland. He enjoyed being alone. He could think about things, make plans, relax.

Then suddenly he heard the noise. At first he thought it might be another mountaineer, another loner, up there on the summit like him. But then when he heard the noise again, he realised that he was mistaken. No man could produce the noise that he had just heard…

Then suddenly he heard the noise… The monster killed the man and ate him. The monster took the man’s appearance.

Finally the monster was the man’s clone because it had the man’s clothes. The monster was walking in the street and eating every-body. Finally the monster died because he ate too much.

  1. Thank you for your horror story, Jon Ander. I liked the idea of the killer dying at the end, It was a consolation to me, as I don't like horror stories very much. Well done!
